Prosci Practitioner Certification
Prosci’s Virtual Instructor-Led Change Management Certification Program is an online, interactive, three-day learning experience where participants gain the knowledge, skills and tools to drive successful change initiatives. During the program, they
apply holistic change management methodology to a current project. By the end of the program, participants have a change management plan designed to effectively manage change and enhance project results.
Virtual training:
- Each participant makes a preparatory assignment, including selecting a project
- 3 days of online training of 6 hours, 6 hours and 4 hours respectively
- In addition to the training hours, a part of self-study (applying to your own project) is required
- The training is interactive and includes group assignments, active participation is required
- After the training, a reinforcement meeting will be organized to share experiences after applying the methodology and tools
- The training is supervised by 2 Prosci Instructors to provide maximum support to participants
