1. Cancellations by the customer
1.1. The customer can cancel or reschedule 5 days or more before the program start date. Cancellation must be submitted in writing or electronically, whereby the cancellation date will be considered as the date of receipt of the cancellation by The People Side of Change.
1.2. The cancellation costs are (in% of the agreed price):
a) Up to 5 working days before the training: 0%
b) Less than 5 working days before the start of the course: 100%
1.3. The client has the right to replace an already registered participant with another participant, if this has been reported to The People Side of Change prior to the start date of the training. Such a replacement is free of charge.
1.4. The client has the right to reschedule participation by an already enrolled participant to another identical training with the same costs within one year after the start date of the original training, if this has been reported to The People Side of Change prior to the start date of the original training. Such a rescheduling is free of charge.
2. Cancellation by The People Side of Change
2.1. The People Side of Change is entitled to cancel a training program up to 5 working days prior to the first training day if less than 7 participants are registered.
2.2. The People Side of Change reports cancellation of a training no later than 5 working days before the first training day.
2.3. In the event of cancellation of a training program by The People Side of Change, the customer does not owe The People Side of Change any costs.
2.4. If a customer has already paid the costs of a training and the training is canceled by The People Side of Change, the customer can:
a) Receive the amount already paid back.
b) Reshedule the registered participant or another participant for a next training program.
