Change Management is 50% Science and 50% Art, and this webinar is particularly about the 50% Art. You as a person are instrumental in working as a CM Practitioner. Your personal CM Journey has been boosted during your 3-day Prosci Certification training. During the training you have been introduced to the Prosci structure and all sorts of valuable tools and assessments, but this alone is not going to necessarily lead to a high CM Ability. What can you do to further develop yourself to be more successful in your role? We’re going to look at that.
