Change smarter: how to engage sponsors and employees?

We like to welcome all Prosci Practitioners to our networking event on the topic of “Change smarter; how to engage sponsors and employees”. 

Engaging sponsors and employees in change management can be challenging, and that for several reasons. Together we’ll explore how companies can navigate the complex process of change and engage their sponsors and employees along with it. We’ll hear from Erik F. Steketee and have an opportunity to network and share our own experiences with each other. We hope that you’ll leave this event with new ideas and strategies to help you implement change smarter.

There will be plenty of time for questions. Of course, we’ll do a round of ADKAR.
