The second Practitioner Event of 2022!

We are happy to share we are having another online network event for Change Practitioners!

Spend a couple of hours with like-minded people and share experiences of Change Management. We have invites a couple of interested speakers that are looking forward to sharing their experiences with you during this interactive event:

Birgit Woudstra (Change & Program Lead for Working @TomTom | Global Product Manager Digital Workplace) bij TomTom

Responsible for the development and companywide roll-out of the ‘Working@TomTom’ (W@TT) program to introduce a flexible and hybrid way of working within TomTom.

• Coordinate 5 cross functional workstreams (Future Office Strategy, HR & Legal, Learning & Development, Technology & Security and Comms & Culture) and their deliverables.
• Create, execute and measure global and local change management plans.
• Stakeholder management, including an Executive Voice Group and a User Voice Group.
• Report to the Executive Sponsor, Works Councils and Management Board.
• Represent W@TT internally, advocate the new way of working.
• Facilitate workshops, create roadmaps and program plans.
• Incorporate the W@TT principles in the organization and business as usual.

Wilco Polak (Program Manager Safety Leadership) bij Tennet

Set-up, develop and leading our corporate wide (Safety) mindset & behavioral change program.
Our office, onshore and offshore working environments expose our employees to hazards which pose risks to their safety, physical and psychological health. We want everyone who works for us to return home healthy and safe, every day. We aim to minimise the risks of our activities for the general public

Based on this vision we initiate and run the Safety Leadership program to make every employee a safety leader and facilitate our management to learn to create an enviroment in which our employees and the employees of our partners feels and act safe. Based on a common Safety believe, mindset and a common understanding of what safety means. This is by far my biggest change challenge.

Erik de Jong (Prosci Advanced Instructor bij TPSOC en Change Manager bij De ProcesSpecialisten)

In my role within The People Side Of Change I support organisations in leading and managing their change and transformation. For this I use the Prosci (ADKAR) methodology. As a Certified Advanced Instructor I help sponsors and teams to increase their change capacity and competence.

As consultant at De ProcesSpecialisten I support organizations in their change and innovation process. From analysis and design to process structure, change programme and realizing the most valuable impact. Always in co-creation with stakeholders and users involved.

These 3 interesting speakers are going to share how they apply Prosci Change Management to change challenges. The speakers’ perspectives are different, but all are instructive and inspiring!
