Prosci® Change Management Orientation for Employees

Change reshapes behaviour. This only occurs when employees accept and embrace the change, something that is individual. Thus successful organizational change demands the engagement of employees.

This one day programme is an instructor-led workshop designed to enable that and ensure that your changes are implemented earlier, more quickly and more effectively than they would otherwise be, generating a greater and earlier ROI.

Course information

This program, based on the Employee’s Survival Guide to Change and the ADKAR™ model, focuses on helping your employees engage with and embrace change, rather than feeling like overwhelmed “victims.”

The Change Management Orientation for Employees programme is designed for frontline employees impacted by change in your organisation. Training is provided on your premises to a maximum of 30 individuals per training session.
